Recipe 1
50 gr Fresh Cheese
1 tsp Manuka Honey
Lime zest
Fresh berries (red currant)
Recipe 2
50 gr Fresh Cheese
1 tsp Manuka Honey
Lemon zest
Dried fruits (cranberries, raisins)
Method
Place de fresh cheese on a plate in the centre, either as one piece or you cam break it a bit
Sprinkle Manuka honey on top of the cheese
Grate fresh lemon or lime zest
Add your favourite fruits, either fresh or dry
Enjoy over breakfast or as a healthy dessert!
Notes
You can get even more creative and add mixed nuts on your plate (cashew, walnuts, hazelnuts)
If you do not have manuka honey you can use other regular honey for this recipe
