This pudding is one of my favorites childhood tastes which my mom used to make for us and it's so easy to prepare!
Ingredients
300ml milk
30g semolina
1 tbsp honey
fresh berries
Method
In a sauce pan, bring the milk to a boil on medium heat and gentle stir with a whisk
Add gradually the semolina and continue stirring with the whisk
Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the pudding has a creamy consistency
Transfer to a serving bowl and let it cool down
Add honey on top and garnish with the fresh berries
Notes
For a sweet taste, the honey can be replaced with 1-2 tsp of sugar and the fresh berries with marmalade.
