Semolina Pudding

This pudding is one of my favorites childhood tastes which my mom used to make for us and it's so easy to prepare!


Ingredients

  • 300ml milk

  • 30g semolina

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • fresh berries

Method

  1. In a sauce pan, bring the milk to a boil on medium heat and gentle stir with a whisk

  2. Add gradually the semolina and continue stirring with the whisk

  3. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the pudding has a creamy consistency

  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and let it cool down

  5. Add honey on top and garnish with the fresh berries

Notes

  • For a sweet taste, the honey can be replaced with 1-2 tsp of sugar and the fresh berries with marmalade.
